Dear Members, Players, Parents, and Board of Directors of the Oshawa Turul Soccer Club,

We hope this message finds you well. On behalf of the Oshawa Turul Soccer Club (OTSC), we are writing to inform you of a change to the previously announced date of January 18, 2025, for our 2025 AMM - Annual Members Meeting (previously AGM).

The AMM is a vital event for our club, providing an opportunity for members to stay informed about club developments, participate in important discussions, and contribute to shaping the future of OTSC. We encourage all members to attend, as your input and engagement are essential to our continued success.

Due to unforeseen delays with the accountant's completion of the OTSC annual audit, there has been a requirement for us to add an additional Special Members Meeting on March 1, 2025, to ensure that all required financial reports and documents are available for review.

The audit is a critical component of the meeting, as it provides transparency and accountability to our members. More information to come. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding these date changes, and we look forward to seeing you at the AMM on January 31, 2025.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Board of Directors at admin@oshawaturul.com. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to the Oshawa Turul Soccer Club

Proxies will ONLY be accepted by mail or by email (scanned copy) to admin@oshawaturul.com, no later than 5:00pm January 18th, 2025.

Oshawa Turul Soccer Club will provide a dynamic environment where our players, coaches and managers will achieve excellence through dedication, hard work and fun based on the principles of Long Term Player Development (LTPD).

Our goal is to offer our members an avenue to develop a passion for the game and retain that love for life. We will offer an environment that gives our players the ability to enjoy the game at their skill set level and reach for new heights.

We will design programs that will challenge players to become outstanding ambassadors of the game, of Oshawa Turul and the City of Oshawa.
