Festival games will take place on Saturday April 12th for U9 - U11 boys divisions. Tournament games will take place from Friday April 11th until Sunday April 13th for U13 - U16 boys divisions. The finals for the tournament will be played on Sunday April 13th.

All games will be played at the Oshawa Civic Recreation Complex. Outdoor games will be played at Oshawa Civic Fields 1 & 5, while indoor games will be played inside of the Civic Fieldhouse.

A team official must report to the tournament convenor at least 45-minutes before their first game. The convenor will be located at the indoor fieldhouse at the Oshawa Civic Recreation Complex (99 Thornton Road S., Oshawa, ON L1J 5Y1). Please bring your official team roster, approved Application to Travel (if applicable) and game sheets to the check-in. Teams participating in the Festival should bring 2 copies of their game sheet while U13+ teams participating in the Tournament should bring enough copies of their game sheets to see them through to the finals. Every team will receive one MVP t-shirt for each game at the time of check-in. The team Coach is asked to select one player on the opposing team to receive the MVP t-shirt at the end of each game. All Festival teams will be receiving medals upon registration. For U13+ teams participating in the Tournament, medals will be provided to the top two teams in each age group. Tournament organizers will bring the medals out to the field for the Finals.

Our tournament convenor will be located inside the indoor fieldhouse at the Oshawa Civic Recreation Complex, right next to the stairs at the entrance to the turf fields. Game results will be posted at this location, so we recommend that teams send representatives to consult the standings regularly, particularly for those in Tournament divisions where qualifier matches depend on the results of other games. The First Aid Station is located in Room 5 inside the Civic Rec Complex. First Aid assistance will also be on hand during matches to render emergency aid on the field, if necessary. Oshawa Turul merchandise will be available for sale inside the Fieldhouse, next to the Convenor’s table. We will also be selling black Adidas jerseys at a discounted price. We encourage all participants to stop by the merchandise table to purchase a souvenir from the weekend!

A canteen located under the stadium seating at Civic Field 1 will be open from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday of the tournament weekend to sell food and hot drinks. We are also working hard to have the Lowlands Fire Food truck (pizzas!) at the Civic throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Further details will be available at registration. Room 4 inside the Civic is being set aside for teams to gather / eat between games. Space is available on a first come / first serve basis. Please note that players are responsible for their own items so please do not leave items unattended in this room.
