Welcome

Thank you for visiting the official home of the Oshawa Turul Soccer Club.

Oshawa Turul SC, founded in 1967, is Oshawa's oldest and most respected competitive elite soccer club. The Club has been fielding successful teams since 1972.

The game of soccer has been played for over 2,000 years. Known as the "beautiful game", soccer is considered the world game. The sport is supported by over 190 member countries participating in the World Cup through the world governing body FIFA. The most recent World Cup recorded an accumulated television audience of over 40 billion viewers.

Soccer is played by young and old because it is fun, easy to play, promotes health and fitness and is reasonably inexpensive. In Canada, the game is being played by one out of three kids and two of five players are female. Soccer became Canada’s number one participant sport in 1996 and Ontario’s registrants make up 45.0% of Canada’s playing population.

Oshawa Turul SC is an integral and vibrant member of Oshawa's soccer community. The club has flourished over the years because of the contribution of many great people, players, coaches and administrators.
